Yalukang Aged Care & Acute Care Visitor Guidelines

Residents in Yalukang Aged Care and patients in Acute Care are able to receive up to five visitors per day.

REDHS complies with the relevant government directions and restrictions required to keep our patient’s, residents, staff and community safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

We appreciate our community and visitor’s support in adhering to the precautions required.

Service Profile: Dietician Services

Our dietician, Katherine Watson is a specialist in food and nutrition.

Katherine can work with you to provide advice and guidance on how to appropriately manage your diet and nutrition in order to maintain your health, minimise the effect on chronic conditions and support your nutritional goals.

Our Dietician service can provide:

· Nutrition Assessments

· Therapeutic dietary plans and advice

· Nutritional and dietary support and education

You may be eligible for government funding options for this service.

Katherine also provides dietetic services to clients through Community Care, patients in Acute Care, the Transitional Care Program as well as residents in our Yalukang Residential Aged Care facility, and also collaborates with the REDHS food services team to monitor and ensure nutritionally balanced meals are provided within our service.

Our Partners: Dorevitch Pathology 

Did you know REDHS partners with Dorevitch Pathology to offer a wide range of pathology services?

The Dorevitch Pathology collection centre is open on site Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 12.30pm.  No appointments are necessary, however you need to bring your pathology request slip from your Doctor with you.
