Residential Aged Care
Yalukang is a newly redeveloped 60-bed facility providing multiple levels of care under one roof, including a specialist Memory Support Unit. The model delivers secure accommodation which can adapt to changing care needs. Every resident has a spacious and comfortable individual room with private ensuite and immediate access to on-site allied health and medical services if required.

Community Care

REDHS delivers a wide range of services to support community living, including Carer Respite, District Nursing, Advance Care Planning, Home Care Packages (personal care, domestic assistance, home & garden maintenance) and Community Transport.

Allied Health

We are proud to provide local access to important allied health services, including Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics and Social Work.

Exercise Groups

With a fully equipped gym on site and specialist staff, REDHS offers both preventative and recovery exercise options including Strength and Balance Training, Fitness for Older Adults and Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.

Social Support Group

We nurture a vital connection to others living in the community for older people of varying abilities and their carers through the Social Support Group.
