Site Rebuild Update
Internal demolition works are well underway and are expected to be completed within the next eight weeks.
Refurbishment and remediation works will then commence to bring the site back to operational capacity, which could take anywhere from 6—12 months.
Our intention is to re-open the site in stages as works are completed.
Way finding signage has been installed at the site to assist the community in finding our new service locations and contact numbers.

Home Care Support
Is available to eligible clients in the Rochester, Elmore, Nanneella, Lockington and surrounding communities.
Services include personal care, home care, shopping, meal preparation, transport to attend appointments, social support, aids and equipment, clinical care, therapy, support and garden maintenance.

Elmore Based Services
Our Reception, Allied Health and Social Support Services are now operational at Jeffrey Street, Elmore (adjacent to Elmore Medical Practice).
Allied Health Services
Our full service of Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Social Work and Group Exercise classes are now available, Monday to Friday. To make an appointment call 5484 4400.
RFDS Community Transport Service can assist with free transport to and from Elmore for appointments.
