The Rochester & Elmore District Health Service, Rochester facility was severely impacted by the October 2022 Rochester floods.
Whilst our facility is being rebuilt our full range of services, with the exception of Acute Care, continue to be provided from satellite locations in Rochester, Elmore, Tongala and Echuca.
Unfortunately during this time we are unable to accept new aged care residents or offer respite services.
We are however, pleased to advise that the rebuilding of our facility is nearing completion.
The team is working towards our staff, services and aged care residents being back on site in time for Christmas 2024.
Our Grand Re-Opening celebration to welcome the community and our residents back to Rochester will be held on Saturday 14th December 2024.
