What happens when you visit REDHS?
Whilst our facility is being rebuilt following the October 2022 Rochester floods we can unfortunately not accept visitors to our facility and have temporary arrangements in place for Aged Care, Allied Health and Urgent Care.
Reception
REDHS reception is attended Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 4.30pm.
Visiting Hours – Aged Care
General patient and resident visiting hours set set by our temporary host facilities at Bupa Echuca and Respect Tongala. Please refer to their respective opening hours.
Allied Health
Our Allied Health Services are temporarily based out of Elmore, Rushworth and Rochester.
Urgent Care Centre
Our Urgent Care Centre is temporarily based at the Rochester Medical Clinic, 40-44 Moore Street, Rochester, and is open 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Call 0428 358 892, walk-ins are also welcome.
The team is ready and available to assist with symptoms and conditions such as:
- Abdominal pain
- Allergic reactions and asthma
- Back or muscle pain
- Breathing difficulties
- Chest pain or pressure
- Cuts and minor burns
- Dehydration
- Diarrhoea
- Dressings
- General Injuries
- Pain and pain management (analgesia)
- Snake bite
- Sprains and strains
- Vomiting
- Wound Care
