17 graduates, including four REDHS staff – Nicole, Lyn, Louise and Jonah, recently celebrated the completion of their dual qualification in Health Administration and Competitive Systems and Practices, with their CEOs, managers, colleagues and family from Kyabram, Echuca, Rochester and Elmore regional Health Services.

The nine-month program encompassed managing organisational change and innovation, customer focused care, value stream mapping and measurement, project management and waste reduction, introduction and implementation of quality tools for organisational improvement.

REDHS Acting CEO, Darren Clark who was in attendance at the ceremony commented “this program emphasises the importance of networking and partnerships for his team, who remain displaced from their health service. I am so impressed with the team’s commitment to aligning project goals with financial sustainability and improved patient care for our aged care residents under trying circumstances.”

Congratulations everyone!
